Serena
Serena completed her Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy in 2016. In 2025 she furthered her expertise by completing her Masters of Clinical Physiotherapy at Curtin University in Perth, majoring in Musculoskeletal. This reflects her strong academic foundation, commitment to providing the best possible outcomes for her patients through evidence-based care.
Serena has a deep passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy and is dedicated to helping people overcome pain and return to the activities they love. Her approach combines hands-on manual therapy with structured, person-centred exercise and rehabilitation programs tailored to each individual’s goals.
With 13 years of experience in acrobatic gymnastics and training in DMA Clinical Pilates, Serena confidently treats a wide range of conditions and age groups using Pilates-based exercise. She is also highly skilled in dry needling, with extensive training and clinical experience in its use for pain management and muscle function.
Serena is trained in the Mulligan Concept, a specialised manual therapy approach that helps restore joint movement and reduce pain,and integrates this into her treatment plans where appropriate.
