We understand it can be a difficult time for anyone injured in pain or with functional limitations as a result of a motor vehicle accident. As a result we aim not only to help you recover as quick as possible but as stress free as possible. Our onsite rehabilitation gym and Clinical Pilates studio is conveniently available to any patient requiring an exercise based program as part of their rehabilitation.
Both our physiotherapists and reception staff are familiar with the procedures and protocols involving insurance funded treatment of motor vehicle injuries and maintain professional communication with interested parties to facilitate your recovery.
How it Works
You should be covered by Third Party Insurance if you are not the party at fault.
Patients suffering motor vehicle injuries are initially required to be assessed by a doctor or GP. A referral to physiotherapy from a General Practitioner is required for treatment to be funded by The Insurance Commission of Western Australia (ICWA).
Once we have confirmed with that your claim has been approved we can directly bill ICWA for all physiotherapy treatment with us. This means No Gap Fees or Out of Pocket Expense.
If you do not have a doctors referral or if your claim has not yet been approved then you will be billed as a normal private paying patient. If your claim is later approved you can then present your physiotherapy invoices to ICWA to be refunded.
