Dinah graduated from Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, and subsequently completed a Master of Clinical Physiotherapy, specializing in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. With extensive experience in private practice settings across Brisbane, Sydney, and Singapore, Dinah has developed a robust expertise in working with both high level and recreational athletes.

In 2023 Dinah completed her Master’s of Clinical Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. This puts Dinah above her peers in terms of depth of knowledge and expertise in clinical diagnostic skills and management of even the most complicated musculoskeletal presentations.

Her approach to physiotherapy emphasizes injury management and prevention, focusing on a holistic methodology that incorporates tailored exercise programs to help clients achieve their maximum potential. Dinah is committed to providing individualised care, empowering her patients to reach their health goals through a diverse array of therapeutic interventions. She is particularly passionate about treating conditions such as back pain, hyper-mobility disorders, and chronic pain, and is dedicated to staying abreast of the latest research to ensure her practice is grounded in evidence-based methods.

Dinah has extensive training and many years of experience using dry needling in the management of a multitude of injuries and presentation.

Dinah has completed Unit A and B Clinical Pilates training with DMA Australia and is a certified Pilates practitioner. Dinah has a wealth of experience taking clinical Pilates classes and designing Pilates based program for athletes, patients with hyper-mobility disorders, and chronic back pain. She is also trained in the specific use of real-time ultrasound for Pilates assessments.

Dinah is multilingual, speaking fluent Bahasa and has excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with patients and their families of different nationalities. Outside of work, Dinah is an avid reader, and enjoys travelling.
